The AMMON Staffing Hiring Process

Recruiting and hiring new employees requires AMMON Staffing to proceed through a step-by-step process to identify canidates for its client's needs. AMMON Staffing will recruit and eventually hire the most qualified candidates for those positions. Below are the steps interested employees should thake for positions AMMON Staffing has available. Keep in mind, however, that the specific details of the hiring process may be unique depending on each client's hiring needs.

Step 1: Locate an AMMON Staffing Office

Step 2: Find a Job Opening with AMMON Staffing

Step 3: Apply for a current Job Opening and Register
Employees may apply in person at an AMMON Staffing office, or by an online application. Once an application has been completed, please contact your AMMON Staffing office to schedule an Interview or Assessment. An employee will not be “Active” with AMMON Staffing until they visit an office.

Step 4: Interview with AMMON Staffing
You will need to bring the following documentation to your interview and assessment:
  • Proof of Work Eligibility (ID, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, etc.)
  • Resume
  • Anything else relevant for the job you are applying for (OSHA, TWIC, Training Certificates)
Step 5: Placement at AMMON Staffing Client Location
If you are found to be fit for a current job opening with AMMON Staffing, we will present your information to our client for placement.
